(1) According to Section 27 of the Act, the person who wants to sell the license or transfer the rights in any other way shall submit a joint application to the authority in the form of Schedule-9 for approval, mentioning the related conditions and restrictions.
(2) If any application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the authority will carry out the necessary investigation in that regard and if it is deemed necessary to obtain additional information or details during such investigation, the authority may request additional details or information from the persons making such application.
(3) From the application received in accordance with sub-rule (1) and the documents attached to the application and additional information or details requested in accordance with sub-rule (2), sale of the permit or: if it deems it appropriate to transfer the rights in any other way, the authority shall charge the applicant an amount equal to five percent of the permit fee. Approval must be given to transfer rights by sale or otherwise.
